A & E Factory Service came out on May 3, 2007 to repair my Frigidaire Dishwasher. On the first visit they said that they needed to order parts, which they did order. However, on the second visit, the parts that he ordered didn't correct the issue and he didn't even install them correctly. He actually made the problem worse. Now, the dishwasher leakes and is very loud.

I called the main (800) 905-9505 to get another technician out to make the repair and told them I need someone within a day because out the leaking. They told me that it would be at least 8 days and they were too busy. I kept calling them and asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor was just as unreponsive as the operators. I told them that i was stoping the $138.00 check that I gave to the technician until they repaired it.

They never came back and i caled ---- to repair it, which they did a great job, but it cost an additional $200.00 to get it repaired.

On June 2, 2007, I received a letter from a collection agency for the $138.00 check that I stopped payment on. They do not deserve this money and will not pay it.
