Complaint Review: Sears account care

Sears account care SCAMMED. My husband and I of 23 years held the account for 4 years not knowing he was not an authorized user therefor a benefit we paid all that time was worthless when he lost his job!!! No benefit Fort Worth, Texas

My husband and I have been married for 23 years, We do everything together meaning we discuss any purchases or credit cards, We never do things without the other knowing so 4 years ago we decided to get Sears credit card and at the time we signed up with account care. At that time it was explained to us if you ever experienced a life change ie job loss, new baby, divorce ect that account care would pay your monthly bill. My husband recently lost his job and they very eagerly said we will not be accepting your claim on your husbands job LOSS as he is NOT and authorized user on the account, However he could make a purchase anywhere with this sears master card and sign his name, Never was questioned otherwise so we had no clue he was not authorized on the account until you try to use benefits that you pay for 4 YEARS
VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!!! BE WARE OF THIS SCAM!!! ACCOUNT CARE ONLY EXPLAINS PARTIAL BENEFITS TO GET YOU TO ACCEPT
