To whom it may concern, i went back to sears because the tires that i purchased from them were defective. when i rotated them from the back to the front of  the car, the car  pulled very hard to the left. after 3 hrs in sears their mechanic confirmed that the car is pulling after he rotated the tires. I have road hazard on the tires. The manager said that they do not carry that particular tire anymore, so i will have to upgrade the tires and charge you the difference. Then I said "So you agree the tires are defective?" he said yes.I asked how are you going to charge me for defective tires and charge me because you do not carry them any more? also they are charging me to replace the  vaulves that not that old and to rebalance the tires that i already paid to have balanced. its not my fault the tires are defective. when I  stated all my concerns to the manager Bob, that i shouldnt have to pay for the upgrades or rebalancing of the tires. All he said is that i am getting a good deal..........i was stuck in a position where I had to get the tires changed because of the safety issues that the tires posed to me and my family if i kept driving on them, so i had them replace them and here i am.And for the record when i go past 50mph The car pulls again and shakes because they didnt speed balance the tires but left the old weights on the car..ripped off........anything you can do to help me in this matter would be deeply appreciated.

I tried to give sears a chance to correct their problem by returning there on Monday nov 10 th. I was greated by the manager Tito who was very helpful in trying to resolve my issues with the tires.  But now sears gave me a print out (different from the 1st visit)saying that the tow in both of the front tires in my front end is really out and now all 4 rims are bent... Also the left rear camber needs adjustment. He offered to give me sears replacement hub caps for my original Toyota hub cap that was lost in transit on the way home from Sears the day the original repairs were done. Because it was not properly installed.. Well I said are you sure its not your machine that's bad ? Because it's unlikely all 4 rims are bent and why didn't the other mechanic/ technician catch this? So I went to STS in Westfield to have my car checked out And to get a 2 nd opinion Well the mechanic there Adrian said that my front end was only out very slight on the drivers side and made the adjustment and the rims were not bent but all 4 tires were not balanced at all( no weights at all)........ So did the necessary repairs and my car is once again riding like new......... Never use sears
