Never again will we either buy anything from Sears nor use their repair service. The Bosch dishwasher we bought 6 years ago broke down (never again Bosch). I called Sears for repair, they sold us a $229 maintenance and repair package over the phone (do not buy this!!!). Three weeks ago. Since then we have had an odyssee. Technician came within 2 days, says the control panel is broken, he orders one and tells me to call for technician once we have the part.

We get the part, call Sears, and schedule the next possible appointment. 10 days later!!! We schedule it for after 3 pm, and then Sears tells us the day before that it would be between 8 and 12. Three phone calls and the claim that WE were confused (with a snippy tone) and I got disconnected every time hey put me on hold.

So we rescheduled the appointment for 3 days later (the business trip could not be rescheduled!), technician shows up, works for an hour, and tells us that the first tech ordered the WRONG control panel. So he orders another one and we schedule an appointment for tomorrow 8-12 pm.

Now today I find out, again after scheduling family live and business trip across the country around it, that Sears moved the appointment to 1-5 pm (when my husband goes to the airport and I have to get the kids from school 10 miles away) because we had wanted the last appointment after 3 according to their notes. ????? I am just speechless.
