Sears service charges are exorbitant. Sears service does not have an hourly rate. To replace a $16 part, Sears service charged $150 for less than 20 minutes work and Sears service makes no apologies for it. Be very careful when considering Sears service for repairs, better yet, see an independent contractor rather than Sears service.
