Sears Auto Center forging legal documents,saying work was done and it was not tricked and lied to us Matteson Illinois

after having worked at sears for many years i had hoped the auto centers had improved their service from past performance
(1992). I went to get my oil changed at this store and had the job completed, before I paid I asked the sales rep did they check over all fluid levels and air pressure, which I had checked before I got there. I was told everything was OK, as I watched the sales rep proceed to check off everything on the inspection form. I took the car home and opened the hood and saw that only the oil was changed,no fluids were touched.I'm not going back because of this. But the problem gets worse. From talking to other Managers and past experience many of the inspection forms are Doctored to impress the higher level managers when they visit store!!!

I as well as other managers were told to "Make all paperwork LOOK Good" which ment correct any inspection reports . According to M.A.P. (motorist assurance program) these are legal documents and Sears is Blatentley disregarding this program to make Managers LOOK GOOD!!
