I brought my cadillac seville to them for air-conditioning. I finally got it way after they were tecnically closed . I paid $1,080 and got in my car and drove home. The AC worked but I noticed the trunk wasn't closed tight and I just had that fixed at the dealership. I opened it to see if I could shut it better and it had been tampered with as if the parts fell apart and someone tried to reassemble them without success. I looked behind the wheel to see if anything else was wrong. The signal arm was stuck so now I wasn't able to signal.

I went back to the trunk which I left open and noticed my tool kit was missing. I live in a security community so I know I didn't have any break-ins. The next day I called them and they denied everything so I asked to speak to manager. He said they wouldn't fix it and that it was an insurance issue and that I'd get a call.

I got a call in about three days and some fast talking wise guy started making threats and issuing ultimatums and when i asked his name and company he wouldn't tell me. I later found out it was Segwick of Chicago. We had words and I finally raised my voice and asked again and he hung up.

I probably am going to have to buy a new car now and surely won't ever do business with Sears in any shape or form. They are on the verge of bankruptsy anyway. Gee, I can't imagine why.
