SEARS Beware of the Large Appliance Sales Staff Aurora Colorado
On May 4, 2013, I purchased Kenmore clothes washing machine and Kenmore clothes dryer. I was told the equipment would be delivered Monday by the Associate Roger. When I called the delivery department, they told me that it was scheduled for May 11. The Manager called the delivery supervisor, and they said it would be delivered May 8th, Wednesday. They will call 24 hours before the delivery. No one has called. The associates in the large appliance dept are incompetent, and lie about delivery, and told me there was no manager to help me.
