Complaint Review: Sears Canada

Sears Canada Sears screwed up my order details, and I am waiting for my refund since since June 02, 2014 Nationwide

I placed an online order for a window panel.  A few hours later, I change the panel with a different price.  I was charged for both products. I cancelled the first order before Sears shipped it out (within 24 hours), and I haven't got the refund for order that I cancelled yet.  It happened on June 02, 2014, and now the date is October 24, 2014. I received the 2nd ordered that I placed online.  Every time I call Sears, Sears inform me that the money will be credited back to my account within 7 to 10 business days.  They have been telling me this over four months now.
