Sears Canada Sears Website misleads/ misquotes/ and delivers NO follow-up Kingston Ontario

We visited the Sears website, saw something we wanted- ordered- were told item was no longer available in color shown on website- chose a 2nd choice color-paid, received item, but only the bench portion (not bench and matching shelf as shown on website0 was shipped- contacted Sears and told " shelf is sold separately" even thogh NO mention of that fact is on website, and item shown cannot even BE ordered on that website. Contacted Sears and told "item must be CATALOGUE ordered....didn't have a catalogue but tried anyway.....told "item is not availablr in color requested" ... but IS available in ORIGINAL color shown and ordered on website!!!!! i.e. Bench not available in oak....accepted Merlot.........was shipped only half what Sears shows on website and other half is NOT available in Merlot.....only OAK! What a nightmare!!!! False advertising and zero customer service ensure that we will NEVER shop at Sears again!!!! And NO ONE else should either if they wnt to avoid being ripped off!
