Sears Credit Services cancelled my credit card recently giving the reason(s), derogatory public or collection filed, lack of recent non-mortgage balances, lack of recent information on bank revolving accounts and too many inquiries in the last 12 months. They also stated my credit score was 645. I recently refinanced my home, going from a 8.5 interest rate to a 4.3 rate. I have no other payments other than utility bills. I recently received my credit report with a score of over 700. I have bought many Sears products over the past 40 years. I have grown older and wiser and pay what I need with cash. I feel I have been dealt unfairly and have no intention of buying another Sears product ever again.
