  I was at  Sears store when a lady asked me if i wanted to apply for a  credit card.I accepted  and ended with a 5,000 dll credit limit,all this on march 2011.At that time was recovering from a work injury ,recieving workers compenation benefits.
  I just completed a year off work and getting ready to get medically disabled. The problem is that have called the  store HR many times to claim the benefits  of accountcare and accountaid to cover  credit card balance.
  My claim to the store was rejected  and  not getting the coverage, i have more than 4 months calling Sears to inform them i was temporarily disabled to get the store benefits.I didnt.I continued makig all payments.
  Now that im disabled they dont want to give me the benefits claiming that i had to make the claim before a  from date of accident .Have listened to several  excuses.
  I  cancelled accountaid and accountcare,was trowing 60 dlls away, a month.   New store statement is the same  amount as before ,but  now  dont have the secured store coverage.Why is this? r.a.t.s
  I was expecting to lower  payments,at least.if not getting the card insurance paid for,this is a sears departamental store ripoff.
