On 07/06/13 Sears made us to bay a"Service Smart Protection Agreement" for a new Kenmore Refigerator for $292.86, because the PC board and the evaporatorm motor broked down.Error code:Er FF

The Sears service gave us service date to:07/09/13 8AM-12pm. Two service man arrived at 11:30 AM at that date, one man was holding a smartfhone, the other fined out the broken parts #. The called for the 2 parts.

After ther told us: the parts are arriving atovernight delivery,for sure we vill have them a wednesday evening,but iff they arrive befor, we have to gave the service a call, and iff service man is in the erea, they will cam and fix up our refigerator on wednesday night.

The parts dosnot even came all day thursday. We called up 3 times in the morning time, the person hwo picked up the telepfone, premissed when they fined out were are the parts are, will  call us. Nobody never called us.

We called up and finally samebody told us: the two parts are beckorder at the Factory. The person inform us, iff the Refrigerator cant be repaired, the Sears gave us up to $500. Sertificate. The Refrigerator maid in S.Korea

Around 4:00PM we receiwed the message from Sears to call back to rescedule the service date again.

We   paid for the Refrigerator $1.257 +$293. +we will have to came up other $700. to have the new again. Total $2200. So the Sears making up a very good profit with a garbage Refrigerator.
