Sears false advertising Sold me product at sale price then cancelled because they messed up price Danville Virginia
I bought a home Theater System on sale but they were out of stock. I recieved a date of a week later to pick it up and was guaranteed that it was going to be there.
I ask if the price was right and check and said yes the price was right and was told once I buy it they have to give it to me and there is nothing that they can do one i buy it.
A week went buy and recieved a phone call with a recording on it saying that there was a delay and it might be another week to get it.
Then 3 days later recieve a phone call saying the my order was cancelled because it was no longer instock. But really it was because of a pricing error that they had made.
