purchased an electrical range and a dishwasher on line had sears install it also. Sears charged me for two ranges and one dishwasher after spending over 10 hours and three days on the phone they on the phone to give me credit for the range they never delivered. The new bill came and the range was deducted but they added installation ( which did not show on the first bill) after spending 4 hours on the phone with them they still tell me let us investigate. The merger might be causing this ripoff they need money. My solution is to sue the B..........
