Sears guarantee is worthless! Big Screen is Big ripoff

I bought a 65" Hitachi TV at Sears in Hanes Mall, Winston-Salem,NC. I paid 100.oo to have it delivered to my house. With all included, price, tax, del it came to $2900.00, was their best set.

When I plugged it in and turned it on, it had a big bullseye right in the middle of the screen. Looked like a burnt in test pattern. I called the sales person. He said to let it warm up fgor a few days & it would go away. This was my 2nd bigscreen, sounded funny to me. Well after 2 weeks it was still there. I called 5 more times and got the run around. Then I wrote Sears management. They said it was an Hitachi problem. So I called and wrote Hitachi, they said it was a Sears problem. Well I stopped paying on the credit card I bought it with (Sears).

Well, THEN Sears started calling and threatening me. Then they destroyed my credit rating. Well I finally got tired of trying to get help.So Im just paying on the card. I sold the tv for 1300.00, and still have bad credit. I will not do business with Sears again. And by the way My Mitsubishi 46" has never had a glitch or problem in 11 years! I bought it at Elmores.
