On December 26, 2005, my wife and I purchased a Kenmore gas stove, microhood and dishwasher. We purchased all three at one time because of a rebate offer of 20% on purchases of three or more applicances above a minimum amount. We also opened a Sears charge to do this. All of the paperwork was completed by the salesman at the store at the time of sale and duplicate copies of each receipt made so we could mail them into the rebate center.

We mailed all the required material into the rebate center shortly after everything was installed early in January and within six weeks received the rebate on the Dishwasher. Since then nothing more covering the stove and microhood. Since these came to $1000 + tax and installation, Sears still owes us $200.00.

After gettin no where with the store in Oxford Valley where we bought the applicances, on March 25th, I wrote to Aylwin B. Lewis, the Chief Executive Officer of Sears Holdings Corp(The new name for Sears and K-Mart combined)and got absolutely no response. Since it is a month later, I'm trying Rip-off Report.
