Maytag Neptune Washer Screwup - NOT REPAIRED after 3 attempts and cost me what a new washer would cost!!! My washer still not working. They ordered wrong computer board first time, then had to reorder. Second Tech was extremely rude to me and banged on my door rather than ringing the door bell. He was excessively condescending and arrogant to me. I only wished my husband had been home at the time. I had to put Laurel, Mississippi, because that is where we purchased the washer.

This is the last time we will purchase a Sears product of any kind. The service sucks lemons. Now, we have to wait an entire week while the CORRECT computer board comes in and deal with yet another (the fourth) tech to come out and see if he can install it correctly.

Can you imagine going a month trying to wash your clothes in a relatively new washer bought from a store you thought was reputable and sold durable appliances? We are sorely disappointed and will never, ever buy an appliance, or anything else for that matter, from Sears again.
