On 8/12/2006 I ordered 24' winter pool cover from SearsHome Center.com. I was promised to get it in 14 business days. On August 31 I called to their customer service (manager Cindy Williams) and representative told that I'll receive it right after Labor Day. After the holiday I called to the same place. At first they could not find my order. Then I was told that they are going to ship it on September 7-Th. I explained them that I was planning to close my pool this weekend and asked to use overnight shipment. The answer: We don't have such an option I tried to get any help by calling to the office of Mark C. Good Sears Executive VP and General Manager of Home Services. But nothing good came from Mr. Good.

No need to explain that this is the last time when I or any member of my family is ordering anything from SearsHomeCenter.com or buying from Sears's store.
