Sears Home Improvement Did not live up to promises or Advertising Fort Lauderdale Florida
While I paid for "SELECT" cabinets, those I received were definitely not. The wood piece separating the doors of the undersink cabinet is attached to one side! If I close the wrong one first, they don't close at all.
While the workman himself tried very hard to make the cabinets work, it was a poorly measured and planned job. They did not even continue the backsplash behind the range (which I also bought from them). Just bare wall there when they left.
Couldn't believe it. They have sent 2 workmem to look...Neither has seen any problem at all.

When Sears sends out sales consultants to your home and you end up signing all kinds of paperwork for the product, just remember that after the installation is complete they will ask you to sign the back of the contract stating that it is to your satisfaction. REFUSE TO SIGN THE STATMENT ON THE BACK UNTIL THEY GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT. Otherwise, you just sign away any rights you most likely would have been entitled. If you signed it, I can guarantee you Sears has no intention of making your kitchen right! As they train us to say and have plastered over the entryway of their department stores... "Satisfaction Guaranteed, Or Your Money Back." If you don't sign that you are satisfied, I would imagine Sears would honor such a promise and guarantee...and return your money.
