Hired Sears to remodel two bathrooms in one house. First day, show up four hours late. Told us it would take 3-days to complete which I questions and they insisted. It took 9 days and then it still wasn't finished. In the process of installing the ceiling cover which they insisted we needed, they broke the recessed lights over one of the tubs. We have in emails, proof they knew they did it and admited they needed to fix. For the first 3-4 months, they made several appointments to come out and fix it. Meanwhile, the light is dangling dangerously down over the shower-tub. They broke many of the appointment, didn't show up and when one guy finally came out, he claimed we needed an electrician. For the next 3-4 months, they just stopped answering my emails or inquiries or wouldn't call back. Finally, we gave up and fixed it ourselves. The job was shabby. Don't expect it to look like the images they show you. It will look handyman-done, with cheap materials (they will look beautiful in the photos), lousy caulking, with an "unfinished" look around the edges. Beware they do not paint. You'll have to hire that separate. Very dissatified with customer service and would never use to renovate anything in my home again. After we fixed it ourselves, I was ready to make the final payment, just asked for someone in management to please call me. Someone finally did call me, a tough-talking person from their "collections" department. I kindly asked, "what was the big deal for management to hear what kind of service I received? Isn't your company interested?" Never got a response. Don't use Sears.
