Complaint Review: Sears Home Services

Today Sears carpet cleaning service came to clean my carpet.

I asked the service person if they moved furniture and he said they did except for dressers with mirrors.

In one bedroom he did move some furniture but in another room he moved nothing.

I also had a stair case that was cleaned and it was only wet in center section of the stairs, not along the sides.

I also had an area rug that was to be cleaned but when he went to do that his truck stopped working.
He spent about 45 minutes trying to get it to work but never did.

I ended up not being able to have that rug cleaned.

I am very disappointed in the service.
