I orderd my gas range  from Sears.com on 7/18/15 with the online order number 831371114. On 7/20/15 after refused delivery of gas range(due to gas range side damage), the delivery men hit my front door so hard that the door stop broke, punching a hole on my solid oak front door and damaging the door trim while they were on their way back to their delivery truck.  I contacted Sears customer service to file a damage claim. I spoke to a customer care representative who stated that someone from Sears will contact me within 72 hours.  Seventy-two hours  go by,   I never received any subsequent communication from the Sears after the initial call.  I've call countless time to all contacts including Sears and the delivery company . Every time I called, Sears representative replied to me saying that someone would contact us within 72 hours.  Again seventy-two hours  go by , I never received any subsequent communication from the Sears after the initial call.  Sears is giving me the run-around. Delivery company absolutely refuse to take the responsibility for the repair cost. Never mind if it was totally their fault in the first place. Now, eleven months have passed since I start the claim and guess what happened. Sears didn't even reply. I'm tired of it, but to this date  Sears hasn't resolve my damage door problem.  My family have buy Kenmore and Craftsman from Sears for 40 years. Coming from the store that my family trust for so many years, I just cannot believe Sears doesn’t accept responsibility for their delivering company mishap.
