 I entered into a credit card under promotional credit and later realized that it got way out of hand. I also had my card compromised and had to get new card. Which in turn, somehow magically turned 2500 of debt into 5200 of debt and I was having problems paying my bill on time. I had lossed hours at work and explained several times why I was late and only to have them close the account after entering into a payment arrangement. I accidentally defaulted on the plan because I was told one thing and they in turn told me something completely different after confronting them about being told that the bill was due on 10th of each month and that I had up to the 20th of each month before it was classified as being late.

So I tried to make good and got caught up and kept the payment plan in tact until this month July 2016. I made my online payment on the 10th but accidentally entered the wrong payment date and thus it delayed said payment until the 15th...5 days late and because of an error on my part, they blatantly close my payment plan and started harassing me for being a month behind and demanding 140 and declaring that they can not restart my payment plan and nothing I can do to place myself back on the payment plan. I have been continually been condescended to and been rudely treated and because I have had this card and other cards hacked recently, I am not sure how much of my debt with Sears is real and how much is erroneous finance charges and bogus charges.... I really need help
