Applied at sears for lawn and garden repair tech{which i did for them for four years].Received e-mail stating I was not what they were looking for in that capacity.They[management at unit 8147]couldn't repair a lawnmower if their lives depended on it! the last supervisor in l&g dept was a transfer from the SHOE DEPT!Maricela garza and Rudy hernandez don't like techs who think for themselves/take care of customers needs.By the way,the reason I left was because the shoe man [ruben vidaurri] promised me he would lock my van and keep it intact until spring arrived.when spring arrived,my van was completely empty-no tools,nothing! they stated they were going to put me back outside,even though there were no tools,parts,anything in the van!  I got mad and told them where to stick their job!And ever since,i have been BLACKLISTED! Be sure and send a copy of this to Hoffman Estates.
