Complaint Review: Sears Portrait Studio

I decided to take my granddaughter to Sears to have her picture made, I do not have her often and i wanted to surprise her mom & dad with a wall portrait of her, I finally got her for a weekend and off we went to sears, we got there and the first thing I noticed was the lady did not know what she was doing, I thought ok it will get better but it was over before it started, I had brought different outfits to change her up in but we never got to use them, the lady took all of 8 pictures and was through, and only 4 turned out ok the rest was out of focus, I thought well at least I can have 4 poses, I had a coupon on the portrait Cd, and a package deal coupon, I was told all I could buy with my coupon was the CD but I would like it better anyway, so I ask how much the Cd was, I could have fell down the price for the CD with only 8 pictures & only 4 any good was with my discount coupon $289.00, that is a complete ripoff and scam, she was so rude and had me so upset I left without buying anything, now my day had been ruined and that was my only chance to have pictures made with my granddaughter, i will not have her again till Christmas, I will never go to sears ever again it is a complete rip off and waste of time.
