I scheduled service for today 07/31/09 from 8AM to 5PM EST. I received a call at 433PM telling me, "Ive been running late all day, so I'm calling to let you know that my estimate time of arrival is now after 630PM."
I told him to get here ar fast as he can and get the item looked and the corrrect parts ordered. He said "I have no control over how long some of my calls have went today, or in what position you are on the scheduled route."

I made plans a week ago for dinner on Friday night at 630 at a nice restaurant, you have to pay a deposit. I had to call and cancel and lost 50% of my deposit $200. Also a day of pay. Sears and A&E stated were not responible for your wages or other monies you lost. I said to them for the money I lost on my deposit, I should short pay the service call by that amount. They said no you can not you have to pay us in full or no service will be rendered.

What am I supose to do? This is the second time with my stove needing to repaired and A&E was the first time around service and it took them 6 months to get the stove replaced. over Christams of 2006 I got my new stove but the service call was placed in June 2006.
