I bought a Frigidare Stove. It was on sale and THOUGHT it would be a good deal. I was only living part time in Florida so the stove didn't get used much. I notice some of the paint on the panel was missing. I called the store and said it was not guaranteed. Each time I wiped off the stove on the panel the paint came off. I kept calling and no one would ever call me back. Now the stove looks 25 years old and you can't read the numbers on the dial. I wrote to Dan Castello at Electrolux as I was told they own Frididare. He told me it was cost around $250.00!!! I almost got sick...I then wrote FOUR times to Sears head office in Hoffman Estate, Illinois. What a joke!! They just sent me a FORM letter saying they were sorry?? RIGHT! They say in all the advertisements. SATISFACTION GUARENTEED??????
They DO NOT stand behind their products and DO NOT care about their customers. I have spent thousands and thousand at Sears over the 31 years. Because they don't care about good service or their devoted customers I have closed ALL my accounts including my insurances for house, cars and business!! SEARS are Liars about their ads!! DO NOT buy from SEARS as they are not reputable, reliable and their repulsive!!!! If anyone knows where I can further spread the word about SEARS dishonesty let me know. Thank you.
