SEARS REFUSES TO EXCHANGE MY DEFECTIVE CRAFTSMAN, BRIGGS AND STRATON LAWN MOWER THAT HAS A BAD ENGINE EVEN THOUGH THIS WILL BE THE 3RD LAWN MOWER WITH PROBLEMS BROUGHT BACK TO THEIR STORE WITH SAME ENGINE.


THIS IS THE ONLY LAWN MOWER WE HAVE BOUGHT IN THE LAST 40 YEARS THAT THE ENGINE WENT BAD AFTER 6 YEARS.


LAWN MOWER ENGINES USUALLY LAST 20 YEARS!!!!!! EVERY SEASON THE OIL HAS BEEN RELIGIOUSLY CHANGED ON THIS LAWN MOWER AND HAVE THE RECEIPTS TO PROVE IT!!!!!


YESTERDAY I FOUND OUT ABOUT A CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT AGAINST SEARS MISREPRESENTING THE AMOUNT OF HORSE POWER ON THESE LAWN MOWERS!!!!!


YET THEY STILL REFUSE TO EXCHANGE MY MOWER!!!


DO NOT BUY FROM SEARS!!!!


DO NOT BUY FROM BRIGGS AND STRATTON!!!!!


IF YOU HAVE SUFFERED THE SAME FAITH AS I CALL ME.
