sears roebuck sears parts direct did not refund my account for a returned part. only credited the shipping charges. im out of 75.00 give or to a dollar. now owe overdraft fees mobile, Alabama

I purchased a range glass from searspartsdirect andorder the wrong color, so i reordered the part and was informed tha my account woul be credited for the full amount of the wrong part. I was only credited the shipping charge of 13.99 I was charged an over draft fee from the bank because of this matter. I cant get anyone on the phone to explan to me where my money went. I also sent the other part back and also charged for the new part. Could someone please give me back my money you got your part. I wil not be ordering anything else because of this problem. They were so pleasant and sorry for the problem. Iasked twice while I was on the phone "Is this money going to credited to my account now" I was told yes but there was no money added except 13.99 even after they recieved the part back. What am I to do?
