Sears Sears.com website, sears robuck, Also sold at Amazon.com Sears still advertises their tools Ratchets,wrenches,screwdrivers,ect.. as being "Made in the USA". They are in fact "made in China". The only way you can tell is "Made in USA" is "not" on the tool anywere,so Its from China unless it says "USA". evansville Indiana
Sears Craftsman mechanics tools wrenches,ratchets,sockets,screwdrivers ect... are all being made in China now. If you pick up a tool while in the store you will have to look closer now to tell if its made here or not. Only a few USA tools are left on the shelves now. A couple yrs ago Sears started making them in China. To tell you only need to read the tools lettering. First look for "Made In USA" that has always been on Craftsman tools. If you dont see it it is in fact made in China. If you look really close you will se very tiny letters on the back of the package that says "made in china". If you go to Amazons website you will see they advertise "Made in USA" but read reviews they tell the story.
