Complaint Review: Sears

Sears Sears Rebate.com/rebate I purchased refrig & stove and was told there was free delivery. Then told it is a rebate. Now I am receiving disservice to get rebate. $65.00 Sears makes it diffucult so people give up. Internet

I purchased refrig & stove $1,600.00 and was told there was free delivery.
Then I was told it is a rebate.I turned in all required receipts and paperwork.
Now I am receiving disservice to get rebate of $65.00. They state that if you send in your questions they will answer within two days.
It has been eight days!
Sears & Citi Bank makes it diffucult so people give up.
