Sears Vacations Sears False Advertising of Savings On Hotels Booking and Charging Double Nationwide
Last June my husband and I atteded a presentation about a membership to purchase discounted travel packages through Sears Vacations Access Direct. During the presentation we were introduced to incredible travel selections at guaranteed discounted prices only available through the membership. We signed up in good faith and started looking for these amazing bargains. Unfortunately NONE of the featured benefits or exclusive options were reflecting the discounted prices that we were offered at the time of purchase. We strongly feel we were victims of a lame act of fraud. We are a hard working family and feel dissapointed and robbed. We are asking for our full refund of our $199 deposit to resolve this problem. I will wait 15 days before I start reaching out to the proper consumer agencies and consider seeking third party legal assistance. Please contact me via email at reospecial@gmail.com with your reply. thank you

Sears Vacations is not in the business of charging double for travel reservations. If you were indeed double charged for something that you purchased, we encourage you to call in for the refund on the accidental charges. We also encourage anyone who is curious or has skepticism of the potential savings of booking through the Sears Vacation program to create their own free account and try it out for themselves.
After you create your free login you can browse the pricing on all of the available Hotels, Resorts, Cruises, Tours, and more and see the real savings that buying through Sears Vacations provides. If for any reason you do manage to find a price that is advertised lower somewhere else, we will glad match it, at the least.
