Complaint Review: sears why not lease it.com

Sears Why not lease it.com is a ripoff. I was told by a friend who owns a cell phone business to check why not lease it and apply. I went to furniture store whom advertise and sell their services to the Paterson NJ consumers. I was asked to provide I'd,proof of address, proof of income for which I did, the personal info was faxed to them then all I had to do was wait for their approval. I was asked time and time again to provide the info again and again cause it was not received. I received calls from them several times requesting the info again and again because they do not have anything in their system yet they know my info. Even the rep from the store called and was asked to provide the info again for which he stated that the info was faxed time and time again. I called them many many times and yet I was not given a straight answer as to where my personal info might be....asked to speak to a supervisor and for reasons unknown... He or she could not be found or it was busy on another call and could not take my call. Long story short, I was denied what I was already approved for...$1,200. Simply because I kept calling them and refuse to provide personal info for which they had already. I will be visiting my congressman and calling a good friend of mine..Senator Ms ------- and inform her of the sceem that this company or whatever it may be is doing to her hard working citizens to whom she represents. This company is a sceem,stealing people's personal info and doing god knows what with it, besides not providing the services for which they advertise..... Shame on them..Help me Howard from the NY news will also know about them because I will forward this just written to him...Shame Shame Shame on U......Sears why not lease it.com
