I was given an email address in regards to my refrigerator that I purchased online and received 8 months ago, this refrigerator has given me nothing but problems since I've received it and the same problem I have to this day. It is a 3 door French Model # GFE24JSKNFSS.

3 weeks after having it we started hearing a noise coming from the freezer area which left unattended will get unbearably loud. We've had more then a few technician come by and give us the same prognosis, all have said it is not defrosting as it should therefore needs to be manually defrosted by taking everything out of the freezer and letting it defrost by itself or they will come and use a heating tool to do it a little quicker.

Please be advised that this process required me to do EVERY AND I MEAN EVERY 3 WEEKS WITHOUT FAIL. This has been going on since we've received this Brand new refrigerator brought from the manufacture. Also I've attached all the supporting documents as to when I purchased, when it left the manufacture and sent to my shipping company, when it arrived in Bermuda, when I had it delivered to my house and the different invoices I've paid to have it resolved and 8 MONTHS LATER I'm still stuck with a refrigerator that DOES NOT WORK as it should.

This refridgerator cost me over $2,200.00 and it is defective. No one will address my complaints from Sears. Submitted for Edward Harris.
