I purchased a 1997 Land Rover Disco from Seaside motors. When I looked at the SUV "the day before" all the tires matched and there were no leaks from the engine.

After I purchased the vehical and took it home the problems started. I forgot to mention the truck was on Empty when I picked it up.

Due to it raining when I purchased the vehical the truck went into the garage for a through inspection. After looking over the truck I found the following problems:

Transmission slipping and leaking, Both valve covers leaking, Exhaust cracked, Rear door wouldn't open, 3 different tire manufactures on the vehicle, Front brake rotors warped, and several other items that needed immediate attention.

I have recently hired a lawyer to sue Cameron "the owner" of seaside motors for fraud. The truck I was sold had an odometer reading of 98,000mi. I took the truck to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and thier records showed that back in 2003 "2 years ago" the truck had 108,000mi.

The dealership replaced the odometer with one that had lower mileage "est. 30K" and lied to my finance company who will not finance vehicles with over 100K.

I have filed formal complaints with the state attorney general, the better business bureau, and now ripoff reports.

Cameron is facing a lawsuit not only from myself, but also WFS Financial for fradulent schemes. BUYES BEWARE!!!
