This patio umbrella, which their website describes as "One of the finest quality umbrellas you will ever find", had a fabric that was so thin that it failed to block out the sun, which is it's purpose. In direct
sunlight, you could feel the sun on your face.

Also, the sun also cast a very distinct shadow of the wire mesh patio table, over which it was installed, onto the patio surface below. After I returned the
product, I bought one locally that performed its task very well.

Although the policy on the website states that they do not refund shipping costs, I feel that I should not be penalized by having to pay shipping (both ways) on a product that was misrepresented. A patio umbrella is supposed to provide adequate shade. Their's clearly did not.
