I ordered and paid by credit card for an electronic power pack on July 9, 2007Recieved Email invoice same day. Heard nothing, called week of July 20th but only got message machine. Left Message to return my call. Provided my order number. Did not recieve a return call or Email. Checked Rip Off and became more concerned after seeing he has done this before. Checked With NJ attorney general - they have a internet fraud program. Sent Seatemp an Email on July 23 letting Seatemp know I was on to their scam and would take action if I did not hear from them.
They Emailed me next day indicating the sent power pack 'today". Recieved package on July 27th. It was a water pump!! On July 30th, 2007 Informed them they shipped a water pump. They said this is what their suppler said I ordered? I immediately emailed them a copy of their invoice which very clearly should Powerpack. They replied " return the parts we will refund your money" . My response was credit my account with shipping cost. Have not heard from them since. Value of pump is about $38, they owe me $88.97 plus Ship and handling.
I am currently started procedures with NJ Attorney Generals Office.
