I responded to an internet ad from Seatle Coffee Direct (Ultimate Bean.com) I canceled the account by calling the designated # less than a week later. My bank account at Washington Mutual (Chase) is now $433.- overdrawn and all of this is coffee that was sent after the cancellation and all of it was refused. The bank will not honor the dispute. So until Seatlle Coffee Direct reverses the charges I am left without the use of my bank account. And based on the other complaints leveled against them they are not real good at straightening things out.
