Seattle Coffee Direct Cafe Saprito charged my credit card after I talked with Jude he promised no charges would show up on my cc account. Seattle, Washington
We rec'd a shipment of coffee from Cafe Saporito, my wife and thought it was from Seattle Coffee Direct which many years ago we had ordered product. We knew we did not order anything from them. We did open the package and found two pkgs ofcoffee from Cafe Saprito. We immediately called them and they said it was a shipping error. I talked a guy named Jude. He told me to keep the coffee as a gift from them. I asked specifically if my card would be charged, Jude told me that it would not e charged. When I got my cc statement, there was a $79.00 charge. I called RBC, my cc and told them this was an un authorized charge, they said there was nothing they could do. Ripped off twice. Can you help me?? Please!!!
