I am one of the one's who fell for their deceptive ad as well. My first shipment arrived and was charged $25.00. The description on the ad says "you will receive 1 shipment of two bags of coffee once per month. 1 week later I was charged for another shipment, this time $38.95, 1 week later another shipment again at $38.95. I finally called and canceled and asked for instructions on sending them back for a refund. They received two bags on May 11, 2009. It is now June 23, 2009 and still no refund. Called this morning and they tell me "oops, looks like the refund did not actually go through, it will be another 10 days on your refund....they sure can debit your bank account a hell of a lot quicker than 2 months!!! If I do not have the refund within the 10 additional days I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and anyone else I can think of!!!

This is crazy! a up and up business would have no need to keep customer's money and the product for 2 months!
