Complaint Review: Seattle Coffee Direct

Seattle Coffee Direct I ordered 5 for 5 on the coffe & mugs, and then cancelled my future orders not due until 30-40 days, after I read your website. Seattle Direct then expressed shipped me another order, and billed my credit card. I wish I saw your website before placing the order. It was part of a sponsor program to get a $ 250.00 Best Buy gift card. Evanston Illinois

I was told I was a winner by Best Rewards.Com. In order to get my free $ 250.00 Best Buy gift card, I had to complete three sponsor programs. I chose Seattle Direct as one of them. I ordered 5 for $5.00, which included two bags of coffee, 2 coffe cups and 2 coffee mugs. It took about two weeks before I received the product. I was immediately billed on my credit card for the $ 25.00. I happen to be on-line and saw your website with Seattle Coffee Direct, and called them to cancel my account and any future orders. The next order wasn't due to ship for 30-40 days, prior to my cancellation. Right after I canceeled the order and account, the next day they shipped me another order by DHL Express. I know thanks to your terrific website report, my credit company will reimburse me the charges.
