I'll be the first to admit making a mistake and boy did I make one w/this company. As a matter of act, they don't deserve to be referred to as a company ... more like " con artists", "sham", "thieves".

Ordered what I thought to be a "sample" run and NO I didn't read the small print (my mistake) but as someone else noted in an earlier report, you usually get those when you click to the next step of the purchase process.

In any event, when check my bank account two days later, I was horrified to see they made only took one charge of $38.50 but the next day another charge of $38.50 was taken from my account!

Immediately called (April 13) their "friendly" (another crock of crap) customer service only to be asked, "Did you read the "fine" print" at the bottom of the offer? My response was no and, more importantly, explained to this individual I didn't know anyone that could afford prices like that for coffee--good or bad.

She went through the motions of promising a refund for both charges and that it would take ten to 14 business days.

I have since called this rip off scamming place more times than I'd like to admit receiving one more "lie" to appease me ... i.e, when to expect the refund to hit my account.

It is now May 12 and I have come to the end of my patience. I do not have the product so why do they have my money????

I've been feature on the local news twice within the last year due to the astronomical unemployment percentages and will not hestiate to bring this to light. In addition, will contact the BBB along with the Attorney General in Illinois.

Whatever you do, stay away from these people ... they're nothing but bad news.
