Complaint Review: Seattle Coffee

I was online playing Mafia Wars and I needed some more Gold points.  So I clicked on the Seattle Coffee add because it stated taht you get 5 for $5.00.  It took about two weeks to get the items.  When they came it was 6 items.  Two bags of coffee, two coffee mugs, and two stainless steel tumblers.  Which that was fine because the add stated that I would get one bag of coffee free.  However, when I checked my bank balance they charged me $25.00 instead of $5.00.  I let that go.  About one week later, I went to the bank to make a withdrawal and there was $39.00 on hold for Seattle Coffee Company.  I immediately canceled my debit card so that they could get no more money from my account.  However, I called the company by phone and the young lady that I spoke with told me that on the add it said 5 for $5.00 a piece.  I explained to her that the add said no such thing.  She insisted that it did.  I told the young lady to cnacel any further orders and as soon as the coffee arrives at my home I will be placing it back into the mail to them and I do expect a full refund.  She informed me that it will take approximately two to three billling cycles before I could get my money back.  I asked her why would it take that long when it only took them a week to send out more coffe..  She could not answer.  PLEASE DO NOT BE RIPPED OF BY THIS COMPANY.  THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF AND IT SUCKS.
