DO NOT SHOP HERE. The man I'm referencing (who claims to be the owner) will fly off the handle and assault you.

Today, I went in to buy a disposable vape. I had mentioned to the man working that I'd gotten a vape there previously that leaked badly. He told me I could try it in the store before leaving. It was a new model to me and apparently, you have to push the bottom in before the liquid enters the atomizer. I didn't know this and took a hit which was obviously burning. He pushed the bottom in and told me to wait before trying it again. It still seemed burned but he assured me it would get better after a few hits. I went home and after about half an hour it had not improved.

I returned to the shop to hopefully get an exchange. He said they don't do exchanges and when I insisted, he got angry. His argument was, I didn't read the instructions. The 'instructions' were two little pictures of a vape on the seal. All of the vapes are sealed so I didn't even notice it. As a 'business owner' or even a decent person he should have let the customer know. When we tried to leave, he picked up and threw things at my husband and I. He then proceeded to take a photo of my license plate, which I can only assume was to report to the police. We did nothing wrong. I simply asked for an exchanged and got things thrown at me.
