I ordered a trial version of the teas though an add on Myspace.  I was immediately charged for the shipping.  After receiving the trail version of the Teas (leaves),  I had to call and tell them that the teas were causing great pain due to a gastric ulcer.  I was told not to accept the package of teas that had already been sent out, and charged to my account, and i would get the refund of $79.00added back to my account.  My trial was not even over.  I did not notice that they had charged my Financial Aid Student Master card the 79.00 only days after they charge me for the initial trial version.

I actually talked to one person since this has been going on.  He said they had received the package back but that it was not entered into their system. He said it wold be fixed and the 79.00 would be credited to my account. I Have not received the credit nor has anyone returned over 30 messages that I have left. No one is answering the phone except a machine that tells me to leave a message and someone will get back to me. I call at least 5-10 a day and no answer except for the recording saying they are busy and to leave message.


I would appreciate any help.  I am 46, a student in college and on disability.  I ordered the teas hoping they would help with a chronic illness but instead they made me sick.
