SeaWest Financial Corporation Ripoff of late fees, don't report to credit bureau and terrible customer service. Westerville Ohio

They brought my account for Cincinnati Credit Corporation in January my account has always been current until I lost my job in February of 2003. I called them to explain and have been making payment still. The customer service is awful. They claim to be there for you to help however that isn't true becuase when I called today to see if they received my payment I found out that it was sent to the wrong address based on what the customer service representative told me.

I spoke to a Chris Rawling if that is his name he became really harsh after I told him that I could not do a stop payment because I don't have the money. Then he put his supposed to be supervisor named Renee and she said I understand that you want to surender your car back to us. I asked her where did she get that infomation and she said that it didn't matter an the last payment they had from me was October so they are missing for the month of November. I then told here that I can have all of the payment caught up by December 13 and I wanted to do a payment of the phone a post dated one and she again told me that wasn't possible.

Now if I am trying to pay you make arrangement and paid my payment that way for October 17th why was it good then she just kept talking over me and said that if I paid my bill she would not be talking to me also stated that she talked to me 3 times this month which just plain and simple just wasn't true. I was trying to explain that I was at work. I am very upset because heaven forbid that those same exact people lose their employment I hope someone is a whole lot nicer and can live up to what their company is supposed to be about. The supposive person over the whole operation in Ohio is Nick Marselli. We need to have people continue to send letters address to his attention and see if we can get better service.
