My husband and I bought a car, and SeaWest was the financial company whom we had our loan with. In the beginning they seemed very good. But after the second month we ran into a lot of problems.

Our first situation arose when they didn't get the money order. Then when they did get it they said we sent it to the wrong address. We were given envelopes to send the payment to Pennsylvania, but their address was in Ohio. This left much confusion and took up alot of time.

My husband and I divorced, and that is when the harassment began. I would recieve phone calls at 8 in the morning stating that I Must pay the car note, or I would be sent in to creditors. I asked if my soon to be ex. had payed and they stated no. But when we got together they had lied. When I notified my soon to be ex. he filled me in. Stating that he had been paying them, and that they had been harassing him as well.

A few times I talked to different women. They all were very judgmental, stating, "you are being irresponsible, and you are lying." "You have the money, if you don't can't you borrow it from someone. Surely someone in your family can loan it to you." When I told the women that I wasn't going to borrow money to pay on a car I didn't even have, I was yelled at. Literally, yelled at. I was told not to hang up the phone, and constantly told threatened with creditors. I went into a seizure one morning. I had been in bed for 2 hours and they called and the woman instantly went into a yelling match. When I felt the seizure coming on, I asked her to please hold. She said, "You wont put me on hold!" I had the small seizure and continued on.

Many times I asked to talk to a supervisor, or someone with authority. I was told, "you are trying to avoid paying a bill." I told them I wanted them to talk to my lawyer because they were harassing me, they said, "it is all your fault, maybe you should have paid the bill."

I am so tired of this company, and would love to get out from under them. They don't work fairly, and have NO people skills. I have been harassed so many times, and I am sick of the rude and hateful staff.
