Complaint Review: Sebastian Hugo Mastercard

This guy sebastian hugo is on instagram under the name "militarypesos" reaching out to military members like myself promising deposits from extra lump sums of cash that mastercard is trying to get rid of and wants to help military memebers. He called me and said he needed my USAA account login to verify that i did not have too much debt and that i could get upt to 20-15k deposit over the course of the next few days. When I started questionaing him about his claimed prior military service he was not giving me correct answers.. I asked him what unit in the Army he was in, he stuttered and gave me a non existing name.
