Complaint Review: SEBEL GROUP INSTASMILE for clip on veneers

SEBEL GROUP INSTASMILE for clip on veneers instasmile.com, I ordered Upper clip on veneers back in Feb 2017. Every impression failed even though many were professionally done by a dentist. I asked for a refund 4 months ago I still have no refund even though I am told I will get one.

I ordered my uppers in FEBRUARY 2017, Every single impression had failed and i have had over 20 impressions sent in. The last 8 were done by the orthodontist people who do impressions all day and they still failed. Since I can not afford to keep purchasing extra puty, I have asked for a refund. They claim a refund is in process they took my acct number for direct deposit since they no longer go thru paypal and AFTER 26 calls and 3 months i STILL have no refund. 1st, there is a glitch in their system...

The accounting dept is in the UK and they apparently never call the US side of the business. Since they are only web based, they only email each other. Every time I call, they claim my call is noted as escalated. (that does no good either) I have spoken to a manager named Chris, he claimed to be texting (chatting with someone from the UK but there was a glitch that they could not disclose to me for some reason) and promised to call me back once they have an answer.. Again no call back from them. I call them back. Same sh*t different day. they emailed the UK and asked for my refund.. but guess what? They don't respond AGAIN!! Chris will contact me soon as they do... guess what? Nothing...They keep giving you the run around if your impressions fail (and they will).

They have no problem and no issue with accepting your money but they sure do have glitches and issues when its time to refund you your money when impressions fail! I have never ever had to deal with a company so unprofessional in my life. Buyers BEWARE! NOTHING should be this d**n difficult to go through. I believe it is time to look into calling my uncle who is an attorney to get my money back and maybe even get a class action going .I am so tired and frustrated. Note that when they do refund you, they keep 100$ of it for processing and their fees on their end because you know they need to get paid for such great customer service and all. I have contacted the UK side and the USA side and I have NO product, and NO refund of my money since FEB 2017 LAST YEAR!! I would never want any of you to go through this. BEWARE of this shady company. I SHOULD BE GETTING THE FULL AMOUNT I PAID FOR GOING THRU THIS PROCESS

The UK side needs to answer their email from  the Instasmile group in the USA. They have management contacting you regarding my account and you never reply to them.  The United Kingdom needs better communication skille.

I need to start a class action lawsuit process. I don't want to have to go this far but sometimes, people have no other option.
